MASSIFICATION
OF KIELA
The
Project of crowding of the Kiela, conceived by
B. Campos, aims the construction of public infrastructure
for the practice the Kiela.
The
related infrastructures consist of fixed tents,
with Kiela Tables, in hardened armed.

This
Project, being part of the set of interest
public works approved by the Ministers committee,
in elapse of the first semester of 2000,
and is financed by the Government of the
Province of Luanda.
The
first Kiela Table was inaugurated on 12
of November 2000, your excellency Mr. Governor
of Luanda, Aníbal Rocha, by your
excency Mr. Francico Viera Lopes, with presence
of distinct entities, among them was , Dr.
Cristóvão da Cunha and Dr.
Ruy Mingas. |
The Headquarters of the Angolan Armed Forces,
also counts on a Kiela Table that was inaugurated
in December of 2001, for the Exmo. Mr. Francisco
Vieira Lopes, with presence of diverse other entities,
civilians and military.
